I'm Back, and i may be back more often...

I'd like to start posting some of my layouts here. I like looking at them, and maybe if i'm looking at them more, i'll make more. Also I want to write again, even if it's bad, so i think i will. Here's the first page and an accompanying verse. The layout is "Daddy's little girl" and it is, on the face of it, a happy page.



Hey, you shiny-faced girl, you princess!
You know you're sweet as sugar in your fine dress,
And your socks, just so, and your hair pressed!

You look so happy; no, nothing to fear.
Your daddy's the one who through the camera will peer
At your smile that's so bright, so wondrously near.

Who knew then the turns each one's journey would take?
Who'd guess broken hearts could be drowned in the wake
Of lost trust, it took one moment to break?

Each one will say, "my fault is less!"
Can each be right? Could either one hear,
"I'm sorry. Is there any peace we can make?"

No.
