The Basics--Plus--Mini Kit: SAS-y Color Challenge

Hey!

It is SOOOO cold outside. I mean, i like the cold, but it's sappin' something with this longgg streak. Mix in the precipitation--which i'm NOT all that fond of--and it makes for some uncomfortable days. However, i know that the coldest days of winter presage a delightfully welcomed spring, so I'll hang in!

In the meantime, i've completed one more kit, and it's a mini too. Additionally, this is another kit that i've made mostly from scratch! I DID have a little bit of help, as you will see below in the Designer Credits. I was working from a tutorial, but it was set for 72dpi, and to be made with PSP. The settings did not translate to 300dpi, so i opened up Photoshop CS2/CS3 and worked in there and just changed things about until they looked right. Created some styles too (goodness, it's the simplest thing if you have the right software), but i'm keepin' 'em in hiding, LOL.

This kit was for Boo's SAS-y Jan 2009 Color challenge, and it completes the goals i set for myself for this month. Anything else is gravy--which means i'm probably not going there!

NEWSFLASH!! I thought i was doing this for Boo's SAS-y Color challenge for Jan 2009. I just assumed the dates were wrong on the sample. Nope! When i went to post the preview, No Jan 2009 challenge! But hey--a freebie anyway! ROFLOL!

If it makes you feel better, I am one of Boo's CTs and I did the same thing you did...LOL She has had MAJOR PC ptoblems and even the CTs are not much in contact with her.

Look at it this way, the Freebie hunters will atleast have a big kit if they all get both years parts.
