Here is the journaling (last night=3 nights ago by the way--i am totally losing my mind, i think!)

YIM--Last Night
me: Hey You! Still love me. not even one message for me
friend: I've thought about it!
me: How you doing? It's late, and i'm bout to go home, thought i'd say hi.
friend: I have, honest.
me: and
me (again): i know busy...

If i wasn't so blessed with such a good friend, i'd be feeling REALLY lousy right now. But really, i am just feeling blessed! Thank you, my friend. found it today!

I could not believe it! Well really i could. I do not like receiving phone calls or mail. I can hardly keep a friend cause the only way i want to communicate is through email. My friends and family get me on the phone and if they can last the 15-20 minutes it takes to warm me up to the thing i have to talk into, well then you can't shut me up hardly, but getting me going is a trip. And it's not from lack of love of the folk i'm talking to, bur rather the lack of love for the thing i have to talk to them through. Same with mail. i've gotten so much debt-related mail (no more, hallelujah) that i do not go to the mail table at my house unless absolutely necessary. My partner sifts mail, but often doesn't tell me when something unusual has arrived. This morning, i was out pickup up my medication that's been sitting there for 2 WEEKS! I turned around and saw a familiar handwriting, and i squeelked (yep, squeaked and squeeled)! Then i remembered my last YIM with her and looked at the postmark. More than 10 days ago, so i HAD this when i was saying those stupid things on Friday. Groan. And she never said a mumblin word... Thank you, my friend.

I made the checkers from scratch in photoshop cs2. I kept giving these little squeaks everytime something went right. Almost killed myself sucking in and forgetting to breathe out! Thanks to Andrew Buckle for the checkerboard pattern, more of which you will see later as well.
